I liked this recipe so much the first time I made it, I had to make it again! It was perfect as is! The second time I modified it a bit by eliminating the chicken, halved the cheese, and eliminated the crust. I baked and froze half of the quiche. It thawed beautifully a week later! It’s turned out to be a great crowd pleaser! My unexpected guests have raved about this quiche! Thank you so much Velvet Voice for sharing your recipe

Ratings would be helpful, but since this is a plurky thing, I agree with preserving good feelings. Comments after trying a recipe would be great, though!!
